    Pro points Fruit & Veg

    Hi all. I've been reading like mad this forum and it's great. I live in Spain and am waiting for my starter pack to arrive. I am going it alone as I have no leader or group near me..........now...........I used to do the very old ww system and pro points is very new to me. Is all fruit and salad zero pro points? If not how do I find out how many points are in each food item? I have ordered a calculator but is there another method?

    All fruit and veg are 0 propoints. I have the WW app and look on there. Failing that, I turn to google which is the font of all knowledge.

    Total Weight Loss: 0st4.5lb
    Weight to Lose: 1st0.5lb
    % Lost 3.26%
    Fresh fruit and tinned fruit in natural juices but drained is 0 ProPoints.
    Most vegetables are 0 ProPoints apart from starchy veg like potatoes, parsnips, peas, sweetcorn, baked beans, kidney beans etc.

    The WW app/website and the WW calculator are the best things to have to work out the ProPoints in food or people tend to use social media WW groups and ask there as well.
    With you being in Spain I think you'll really benefit from having the calculator as you can input all nutritional info and get ProPoints that way xx

    Thanks Treacle, it looks like the app is the way forward then. My only worry also here is that we have a very good social life and although the alcohol isn't really going to be a problem it's eating out. Is there a general guide? Say if I were to order a 1/4 spitroast chicken, salad and small jacket potato?

    On Filling & Healthy a meal like this would be free as long as skin is removed from the chicken xxx
