I've been through every diet over the years. I'm at the heaviest now that I've ever been and have just over six stone to lose I can't seem to motivate myself in the slightest. The diets are all so contradictory that my head is really screwed up with it.
I've got to do something. I'm unhappy and uncomfortable. In starting to feel the physical effects of the weight I'm carrying. I have two little boys and I really don't want them to ever have to do this for themselves so it's important that I fix me so they don't learn it.
How do you all motivate yourself. How do you stay on plan. Please help me to find the focus. I've subscribed to a monthly pass today. I plan to spend a few days sorting myself out to start on Tuesday as the boys go back to school and to get back into my routine.
