Simple Start

Hello,

I started at WW last night and was given the simple start plan to do. I prepped what I was going to eat today and stuck to it.

The only bad point is I really struggled the fact you're not allowed crisps,chocolate or biscuits! So much so I thought stuff it and had a mini pack of cookies and a pack of skips!

Now as I've not stuck to it I feel so guilty! I've done slimming world in the past and never felt guilty as they say any food can be eaten.

I feel like throwing in the towel already.

You can have 2 treats a day that should be listed in the booklet. You can have things like ww bars which would give you your chocolate fix or have you been using these in your meals for things like cheese, yogurt etc? I found simple start restrictive but once you pass the first week it becomes alot more flexible so I would say to keep going.

I'm also doing simple start iv been doing ww for ages but needed a little reset to help me stop wasting points on rubbish.

You can swap your 2 daily treats for 49 weekly points if it will help you stick to it, when I first joined I cudnt do simple start as I had a night out planned.

Do whatever suits you best, good luck :)
