Help. It's been ages since I did WW and I've forgotten about weigh ins etc.
I had a peek at the scales today and I'm 5lbs!!!!! Heavier than on Monday. Seriously how is that possible

According to my official monday weigh in... 3lb GAIN!! Seriously just how the hell is that possible
Water rentention? Seems like the most likely.
When we lose fat from our cells they sometimes re fill with water....keep drinking lots to flush it all through!

i had to throw my scales out as i would always hop on and take a sneek peek and i always gained. that is why they say to weigh once a week at the same time for a more real reading hope this helps xx
