hello

i desperately need to lose some weight, i used to do WW (maybe 3 years ago) but i really can't afford it anymore, is it possible to do it from home ? i've found some online points calculators but i can't work out how many points i'd be allowed . can anyone help ?

Hi hon, it depends on your start weight. 26 pp is the minimum with everyone having another 49 weeklies for "extras". Hopefully someone with a bit more know how will be able to help but they will need your start weight. Lots of people on here don't go to class and use this fab site in place of it so you will get plenty of support. Good luck!!

hi Hun if you still want to get started filling and healthy plan might be a good idea till you can work out your daily Pro points
