2 stone to lose

Hiya everyone, here's my story...

I got married in march last year and was following slimming world to begin with and then weight watchers. After i got married i kind of lot focus in dieting and was content with myself but the weight has now started to creep on again and i feel so miserable as i can feel my clothes getting tighter and my belly coming back. I am planning to start a family soon so would like to lose weight and feel better about myself. I am 14.2 currently and would love to shed 2 stone. I bought a treadmill recently so i plan to use this, do planks, sit ups, burpes and squats and follow weight watchers plan. I look forward to reading everyone's food diary's for motivation and inspiration.

Breakfast: Rice Krispies and semi skimmed milk 5pp

Lunch: bagel with philedelphia 10pp

Snack: muller light toffee 2pp

Will update tea later :)
 
I eat soooo much more than you... I fear I won't lose weight. I stay within my points but feel like a piggy looking at your day! Well done! I want to lose 22lbs by 3rd of July (have a holiday to Cuba mid way) so I'm with you on the two stone journey! We can do it x
 
I usually have quite a large tea at night something to look forward to! I havnt updated yesterday we have had a lot of snow so I'm stuck in the house all day, going to take dogs a walk in a bit then cosy up with a fire :) so today I had:

Breakfast: I slice of toast 5 with skim of butter 2

Lunch: homemade carrot and corriander soup ( I'm guessing 3) with crusty bread 6

Tea: chicken salad with a drizzle of balsamic 6

Have 8 left so may treat myself to a hot choc and digestive later :)

Wow you look amazing. Sure you look just as lovely now though- but it's more about how you feel about yourself isn't it. If being a certain weight makes you happy (as it does me) go for it!

I'm becoming a bit disillusioned so I may start posting my food diary here too. I warn you its properly weird and made up of loads of little snacks instead of meals!

We CAN do this. I have 1 stone 9lbs to lose. I would like to lose a stone by the 24th of March.

Have you got any specific goals? Well done and keep going x
 
I would post a diary but just am not committed enough to post regularly enough:rolleyes: I have posted that I want a stone off but on a lot of similar ladies stats I'm thinking should I go for closer to 2 maybe. Thinking though at 50 maybe I need a bit of "cushioning" on my face if you get my drift. good luck ladies I will be following x
 
Hi Kirsty I am in a similar situation to u. Lost 5st following ww before my wedding in September but it is now creeping back on. Put on about 9lbs over honeymoon and xmas so hoping to put a stop to it and lose my last stone and I will be very happy with that.

I am also like u that I love a big dinner to look forward to although to actually think this is one of my downfalls as I think much evidence supports better weight loss if u eat a larger breakfast and dinner!

Ps u look amazing in ur wedding photos.
 
Thanks everyone kinda got a bit sidetracked and have been slightly naughty food wise oops! How is everyone finding the plan and what are your goals? I'm going to start back at it again in the morning and actually go to a weight watchers meeting to stay focused! I have 2 weddings to go to one in April the other in June so would love to lose 2stone by then... Iv been diagnosed with hyperthyroid and tbh it's making me feel crappy but I'm determined to do this!

Well I have survived my first weight watchers meeting and it was actually great :) I'm 14:4 1/2 :( I'm full of morivation and have been given a booklet on simple start but I think I'm going to stick to propoints to I get my head around simple start Today's eating: Breakfast: 30g Rice Krispies and semi skimmed milk 5pp Lunch: toast with ham and a cheese slice and a skim of butter 7pp Snack: muller corner 6pp Tea: chicken fillet and veg 6? Total : 25 total allowance 32 so may have a hot choc later :)
 
Day 2

Breakfast: poached egg, I slice of toast and a skim of butter 7pp

Lunch: was to have soup but it wasn't nice so grabbed a toastie from m&s only to check it later 16pp!!!! My goodness never again! Was nice tho but not worth half my points :(

Tea: mash, beans and a beef burger from the butchers 12pp

Snacks: 1 fox's biscuit 2pp and a muller corner 4pp

Total for 2day: 40pp :( ooh well will take out of my weeklies better luck 2moro, onwards and upwards :)
 
Hi Kirsty, I totally know how you are feeling. I got married in October. I failed to lose the weight I wanted to for the wedding but was quite comfortable with my size. Since then I put another stone and half on and am the biggest I've been in 9 years and very uncomfortable. None of my clothes fit and I'm feeling very self conscious! I want to lose around 2 stone too.
Good luck on your journey, well done on getting to meeting and it's all downhill from here! X
 
Thanks zeezeebeedee :) what plan are you following! Aww ur similar to me then I think it was the fact that I spent so long dieting and loosing weight that after the wedding I got so comfortable and cudnt b botherd but now I just feel so sluggish and my friends are a lot slimmer than me n when I try clothes on it actually is such a bad experience when u hafta reach for the bigger sizes and even they are snug! So yeah 2stone is the goal anyways so fingers crossed!

Day 3

Mid-morning: fruit tea 0pp

Lunch: 90g pasta 9pp, sauce 2pp

Tea: bagel, butter and cheese 13pp

Snacks: Apple, skips 2pp

Total 33pp :)
 
Losing weight is never easy! I havnt updated my diary as Internet has been down all week just geting on now, I lost 3.5lbs on my first weigh in, I was expecting more for my first week but a loss is a loss none the less, hope everyone is doing well :)
