Pregnancy and filling and healthy

Hi everyone, i just found out i'm pregnant only maybe 5 weeks but i am determined to not put on as much weight as i did last time round 3 stone almost! I am thinking about following filling and healthy obviously i will ask my doctor on monday but has anyone done this? I find that its not a diet just healthy eating so i can't see it being bad for me or baby!

Congratulations!! I am 18 weeks pregnant and I put on over 5 stone with my first! I am the same I really don't want to go back there again. I joined slimming world 2 weeks ago as I had really bad morning sickness up till around 15 weeks. Anyhow it was all good the 1st week but then decided I missed my bread too much. I have just joined ww on line ( had to say I wasn't pregnant) I am starting tomorrow doing filling and healthy and maybe a few pro point days but on maintenance level. Some people will disagree with this but I have no sense of " just eat normal and healthy" I don't know how to lol. I don't see why this can't be done, it's all about healthy food! Otherwise I will just eat rubbish for the rest of my pregnancy which can't be of any benefit for baby or myself and put on unnecessary weight.

I'm 20 weeks and want to follow weight watchers as I've already gained a stone and was overweight to begin with, do you know how many points I should have?

I haven't a clue about points im afraid i'm just gonna stick with filling and healthy , it'll keep me from getting hungry hopefully!
 
Well ladies I have lost 1 lb this week doing F&H and 1 pro point day. Happy with that and I feel like I am eating so much better x

How are you getting on now Amy? I tried slimming world but fell off the wagon! Up 2 pounds and only 7 weeks would like to keep it at that till 12weeks!
 
Ha ha me too! I was missing my bread and cereal too much. I am following ww filling and healthy but not weighed myself for two weeks. Just trying to do what I can but I was sick this morning so hope this isn't morning sickness returning. Xx
