Just wanted to say hello. I use to use this forum quite a lot but then turned into more of a lurker so now I'm giving ww another go I thought I'd get more involved in the hope it would help keep me on track.

I'm a serial diet switcher especially when it comes to diet clubs. Know them inside out and have a horrible habit of comparing. Now the darkside has done away with their green plan they've actually made my mind up for me (not a bad thing). So tomorrow night I'm back off to my old ww group in the hope that this year will actually be the one that I lose some weight.

Welcome back! This actually made me laugh as I am a diet switcher as well but I always end up back with good old weight watchers lol xx

You sound like a pro at ww I'm a switcher from sw myself it got far to expensive for me and really restricting but what on earth do u eat on ww...I'm struggling so much esp now I'm off work for half term I usually have a ww meal for dinner but it's getting rather annoying and there not to filling.

I always end up back on ww to chocolate so this time I'm going run with it.

If I can help Minniemouse I'll try my best. What exactly are you finding hard foodwise? I personally don't use the ww meals as I'm a veggie so they don't really have many I eat. You tend to get more for your pp if you do your own meals to and it doesn't have to be expensive. I find ww much easier to fit into my budget aswell as you don't have to have certain brands as you can point anything. I would say though if you did like sw then have a look at ww filling and healthy, less complicated and non of the weighing and measuring of pp.

Hi Dani.

I'm loving weight watchers when I'm at work but I work in a school and now I'm off on struggling I think this is down to boredom though!

I'll be keen to see what you eat on a normal day as although I eat meal I very rarely do and the ready meals I buy are macaroni and spinach and ricotta caneloni
 
I'm also a switcher. I struggled with SW's new plan, trying to get speed foods is a nightmare now.

The syn values have also increased so much.

Hoping WW will be the one for me.

Popping along to join you all if that's ok!? I'm also a serial dieter! I love both sw and ww but I can't sustain sw for more than a few days before go mad and end up off plan. Lost 7lbs and got my first silver seven in Tuesday morning :). Exactly the motivation that I need to carry on x

Ok, 3rd day in & still going ok. I do like the idea of weeklies & the fact you can 'earn' points via exercise. :)

So far I've not technicalllllly not touched my weeklies because my activities have been added. (App takes weeklies 1st - even though I changed it to take from activities 1st)

I'm also suprised you can store your activity points for a week! Handy to have a few extra PP in the bank for days like today (2 Committee Meetings etc) went to a Local Cake Shop/cafè for the 1st meeting & only had a tea! Rather chuffed with myself as the other lady had put on a nice spread so pointed the best I could! (Unless anyone has the points for a nut & coconut oil loaf - I used a nut roast PP & coconut oil PP) so will end up eating into my stored activities today.

I've been doing filling and healthy this week, started Monday and have had one day pro points and lost a pound. I am 19 weeks pregnant though so happy with this xx
 
Went back to group on Tues and was doing really well until today. Eaten loads of rubbish food but on the plus side I've pointed it and line drawn now. Back on it in the morning and I'm going to try filling and healthy until weigh day. Just to try and make me make healthier choices. Good luck everyone :)

Morning!

I was also doing really well until last night when I sent other half to the chip shop for chips! Had an urge and nothing else was going to work. They were lush! Line drawn and in back on it this morning, have been 100% all week so hopefully it hasn't done too much damage. Have just got in from an hour on the beach in the rain with pooch. I have just made baked oats and popped them in the oven, they smell lovely and hopefully they will taste it as well!
 
Well after Friday my week went dramatically down hill fast. However I managed to lose 2lb tonight in group so need to be extra good this week to keep it going in the right direction.

A pound on for me last night. Was expecting more so happy with that, but annoyed that I let myself slip. Back on it this morning and I'm having a filling and healthy day :) Lunchtime and so far so good! Hope everyone else is doing ok x
