Will I definitely lose?

Hey everyone I joined WW on Friday morning I've always do SW but decided it's not working for me anymore! Loving WW at the mo but feel like I couldn't possibly be losing eating anything I want it's almost like it's too good to believe!

I'm on 26 points a day as well as my 49 weeklies. Will I really lose weight each week if I just stick to my points? It feels so weird having the power to eat what ever I want!

Could anyone give me there loses so far and what a typical day of eating would be for them please? I'd really appreciate a little help

Hiya, yes it works! Your points are there to use as you please! Come over to the food diaries section and there are loads of us putting what we eat daily and losing x

Thanks So much for your reply.. These forums are so quiet compared to the slimming world ones?

Have u had much success on your weight watchers journey I find myself hungry late at night.. I do curves 4-5 times a week from 8-8.30 in the evening then come bed time in hungry with most the time no points to spare any advice girls ? X

I've only been doing WW for 9 days & thankfully I'm off to a good start. I used to do SW & the forum there was always heaving!

I do Filling & Healthy but on ProPoints are bananas 0pp? You could have a banana after or just before your workout to give you energy & fill that gap x

Yep bananas are 0, All fruit is (bar avocado I believe) x

You will definetly lose if you eat all your daily & weekly pp. Ive been doing ww for 16 weeks and lost 44lbs so far. Good luck
 
Hmm when I was in slimming world my leader always said to try avoid bananas as they take so long to digest and that if we ate too many it might add to a gain on the scales so I've always avoided them! But that sounds like a good idea I must try it!

That's a mill girls! Any other advice is much appreciated to !
