WW Filling & Healthy Success Anyone?

Hi, I am currently counting pro-points & am considering swapping to filling & healthy. Has anyone had greater losses with filling & healthy?

I love filling and healthy. I find it works best for me as I love cooking and like big portions! It's definitely easier if you have time to cook meals from scratch.

I mainly do filling and healthy, but use propoints when I need to just put something in the oven for convenience or if eating out. Or sometimes if I've messed up and not have many weeklies left than a day of two of propoints does the trick.

I don't have a huge amount to lose now. HAve been a to yo dieter all my adult life, approx 12 years) and ranged from 11.5 st, to 8st 10 at my lowest. This time round I started at 10st, and using filling and healthy am now down to 9st 6, aiming for 9st and them to maintain using filling and healthy. It's all very cliche but filling and healthy teaches you healthy wAys to cook so more an ongoing lifestyle than a diet for me. I'm determined no going back up again this time and sure filling and healthy is my way forward. X
