    Diet: Weight Watchers
    Funnily enough I went to bed with the same thing..... AND 2 black magic chocolates! I love this diet!

    WI tomorrow....... well today really, as I'm up to my usual middle of the night wandering. Hoping that today the scales read 12stone something for the first time since 1995!
    Starting weight.... 19st 13lbs
    Current Weight..... 13st 3&3/4lbs Goal approx 10st 7lbs (height 5'9 !)
