    Any ideas for some low point sweeties?




    Start Date - 7th January 2009 - December 2009 - Lost 2.5 stone!

    New start - 10th November - Wedding countdown!

    There was a post a few days ago about sugar free marshmallows form Sainsburys at 2.5 points for a big bag. Apparently they come with some side effects if u eat them all too quick though
    Starting weight (this time) somewhere just under 10stone...can I get under 9 stone in 5 weeks time???
