Hello you!!!! I was wondering if you'd come back and start up a new diary of your own - I noticed you'd posted in mine and then disapeared again, lol.

How was your holiday? Ooh, I bet you missed that little Yasmine soooooo much didn't you! She is so gorgeous, you really have made me so broody, heehee.

It's good to see you back on here - good luck with the weight loss - you know you can do it (though you look fab as you are to me! Even about to pop with your baby belly you looked fab!...you cow! Lol!!).

    Good luck lovie!! x x x

    BMI Information:
My wife gave birth to number 3 a couple of weeks ago, and is totally freaking about her belly and weight gain. I keep telling her its early days not to stress etc, but she's not having it! Do you think its too early to worry, let nature take its course first, or go staright into a strict diet/exercise regime? Which surely cant be easy when not getting enough sleep! Comfort eating is the downfall, but right now, comfort eating is fully deserved!!

Diet re-starting with the aim to get down to 12st 7lb (although anything near/below 13st3 will be fab!). Got to 12st 4lb in 2008, but not realistic to maintain without a total lifestyle re-think. 100% Lipotrim worked once before, (series of good reasons, and personal failures why weight gained again), but not sure can do 100% LT again now, so will try fruit/carrots as snacks / morning stop gap, to get me to the midday first of 2 LT shakes. Will step up exercise if/once the first 2st has gone.

    Restart weight 17st 7.75lb (111.47Kg)
    Week 1:
    Week 2:

Aww bless her, but im freaking too and my yongest is nearly 1! but saggy bellys are he worst thing about pregnancy so dont blame her spazzing out - i did big time. Its a woman thing!
I think though she should wait till 6 weeks is up as thats when the bodyis healed - is she breastfeeding? cos if she is she will need to eat properly, she can ww while bf as well as you get extra points for it. She can diet but i dont recommend exercising - ven though a good 40 min walk itself is great exercise and has helped me with my weight loss.
And congratulations to you both having a new baby!
