i have got weighed properly this morning after my first week and amazed to find i'd lost 8 lbs, great considering i'm doing this at home no class, hope i can keep it up, maybe not as fast but i am pleased with me lol so i jhust had to share

week 3, - 2 lbs (03/10/09)
week 4, - 7 lbs (10/11/09) SLIMMER OF THE WEEK
week 5, +.5 lb (17/11/09)
week 6, - 1.5 lbs (24/11/09) ONE STONE
week 7, +1.5 lbs gutted (01/12/09)
week 8, -3 lbs thats better(08/12/09)
week 9, -0.5 lbs better off than on(15/12/09)
week 10, -3.5 lbs YAY 20 lbs (22/12/09)

thank you unfortunatly i failed my driving test though - gutted, i only got 3 minors in total but completely messed up reverse parkso instant fail, plus i seem to have lost the ability to go to the loo if you know what i mean lol, anyone any ideas?, i feel bloated and icky and am sure i have put weight on already but have stuck to the plan :S
