    Hello all,

    I have just signed up to WW online as I cannot attend a regular class owing to work commitments.

    I have approximately 9 stone to lose and have tried every diet known to man and a few that weren't.

    I have also signed up with a gym and am hoping that by changing the way I eat and becoming more active that the weight will fall off!!!

    Look forward to getting to know you all along the way! Day 1 is tomorrow....and I am convinced that the time is now. Spent a lot of time thinking of excuses why I shouldn't start now..and then thought of the one main reason I should....because I WANT TO!
