I have made the decision to start my diet again as of tomorrow (thought it would be a good time to start with it being the 1st of the month) then I'll take it a month at a time. My weigh days will be on whatever day the 1st falls on for each month and I will be taking it 1 month at a time, setting myself monthly target and weighing in on the 1st and last day of every month for my results...I will also be weighing in weekly in between so I can keep track of my progress.
I am going to make up a new ticker and start a new diary tomorrow. I don't want to have all my previous posts haunting me and reminding me of how I failed again this time round. I'm probably just being a coward really, but I don't need to be reminded that I couldn't do it again, so a new ticker, new progress diary, new mind set, new attitude are all in order for my new start.
Thanks so much for everyone's support and posts in this diary, it's so nice to hear from people who are in the same boat and the advice I'd had has been great...I hope to see a few posts in my new diary too!
So, I'll be logging on in this morning to set up my new diary and ticker etc, and I am now going to draw a line under this failed attempt and put it in the past.

Marie that sounds like a good idea. First of March can be the start of your new diet but that doesnt mean you eat for England until thenLook forward to seeing the new diary starting.
