Can't think how I ended up 'chubby', ha ha ha.

I usually find the weekends hard too, but only because my fella's here and he usually encourages me to eat naughty food (not intentionally, he just thinks he's being nice by suggesting McDonalds for lunch and/or Dominos for dinner etc), but he's working this weekend so it's been much easier to stick too. Hopefully a good weight loss this week will spur me on to sticking to it next weekend even if he's home, so fingers crossed for a good loss!

I never thought I'd say it, but I'm really enjoying the diet this time round, I just feel so motivated and I never usually feel like that. I'm sure it's down to you lot encouraging me! So thanks!
I'm sure you're going to have a fantastic loss as well! One thing, if you don't, don't be disheartend. It's incredible how our weight flutuates over a month... Although I'm going to be weighing myself weekly, it's my overall loss of a month that I'm going to be focusing on!

I feel exactly the same, I really am enjoying it! I definately think a lot of it is this board! Everyone is fantastic here, I love it!

I love it too, I'm so glad I found it! Another bonus is that I've just spent nearly 2 hours reading and posting on here and if I hadn't been doing that then I would probably have been eating!

Anyway, I'm off for now, going to make myself a nice big mushroom stirfry/chow mien for dinner (yum yum!).

Speak to you soon, be good!

Well, it's day 5 for me today and I'm feeling a little disheartened after a sneaky peak on the scales this morning. I set myself a 4lb target for my first week and so so far I've lost 2lb - 4lb by Wednesday isn't looking likely, but I will plod on and try to beat the scales!

I know I've said it before, but this forum is such a help, I feel much more positive now than I did when I first stepped on those scales this morning!

I'll update later, I'm getting peckish so think I might grab a quick snack before lunch

I will be slim though, I refuse to spend another summer hidden away indoors! I REFUSE!!

Well, I'm coming up for the end of day 5 and I'm amazed that I actually managed to stick to my diet today because I almost felt like it wasn't worth the hassle this morning...I'm sooooo glad I overcome that and stuck with it, I feel brilliant now!!

I really am going to do this aren't I. I really am going to be slim! Oh the joy!!

Well, the end of another day, nothing really to report. I've used up all my points for the day already so I need to survive the rest of the evening on tea/coffee only (though I expect I'll retire to bed early to avoid the temptation of the last piece of my fellas double chocolate cake - it's teasing me! - it's calling my name!). I want to see Tracey kill Charlie in Corrie though...it's gonna be a hard job to stay up and not eat...hard hard hard.

One more day and I've completed a whole week, can't wait to weigh in on Wednesday - please let me have done well!

I'm going to try and incorporate some exercise into my diet next week. I was going to this week but - now this is where I could say 'I havent had time' - but I just couldn't be bothered, lol.

I hate having nothing left by the evening. Something I used to do was make up jelly in wee containers and have one (or 2 if I was out of points and HAD to have something)

Keep up the good work tho

I'm almost at the end of day 7 and I've still got 3 points left to use! Yey!! I've done it! A whole week!!! Wooo hooo!

I was having a mega munchie attack this morning and I really wanted to just eat everything in site. I was sure I was going to blow all my hard work today....but I didn't! I'm soooo pleased with myself! Maybe this really is going to work!!!?

I can't wait to weigh in tomorrow morning and see how I've done, I'm so excited! I hope I've done well though because I've been so good. I set myself a 4lb target for this week (because it's my first week and supposedly you lose more in the first week of a new diet) so I'll be really disappointed if I haven't made that....ok, now I'm a little more nervous than excited

Anyway, just wanted to drop a note to celebrate me sticking to my diet for a whole week, I'll be logging on first thing tomorrow with my weight loss! Wish me luck!!

    Hi Marie,

Well done on doing a whole week on Weight Watchers

Good luck with your weigh in tomorrow!

I think my best weight loss with WW was 3lbs. and that was probably my first week.

Husband did very well and is still automatically counting points and is a slim 11 stone and has maintained now for the last few months between 10st. 13lbs. and 11st. 1lb.

He made the Weight Watchers soup this evening as he felt he needed a bit of a detox after Christmas and finds it filling.

    Love Mini xxx
