    I am very pleased to report the loss of another 2lb this week

    I am really pleased with that - especially after my pizza etc last week!

    I am really really pleased. I was really nervous getting on the scales this morning because I really had NO idea what they were going to tell me, so I'd psyched myself up for a bad result so was thrilled to learn I'd lost 2lb! Yey!

    I don't know wether to say well done or oh no! he he! That means Ive got to beat 2lbs loss....hmmm Ive been good and even gone the gym so fingers crossed!! he he! (well done really!!)

    Well, I was very naughty last night and I had a takeaway pizza for dinner again . I did the same thing last week and because I'd had a 'day off' on my weigh day the week seemed to go really quickly...and most importantly I still lost 2lb! So, I did the same thing this week and I'm not worried because it didn't effect my loss last week so why should it this week....this is what I'm telling myself anyway, lol.

    I have an absolute stinker of a cold, so I'm feeling reeeally sorry for myself. OH took the day off work to help out with the baby because I've not really slept for a couple of nights, but he ended up spending most of the day out anyway, so thanks for that OH, ha ha ha. I did however manage to get a lay in this morning, which meant skipping breakfast, so I may even be able to save a couple of points today (not that that'll go very far to making up for my pizza but it makes me feel better to think I've made the effort, lol).

    I'm really looking forward to another week on the diet - having a night off (and knowing that is only a NIGHT off and not a WEEK off!) leaves me refreshed and ready for another week, so if I can do that and still lose weight then I'm sticking with it. If however I don't lose weight this week then I'll scrap the 'night off idea' and go back to the diet 7 days a week, but whilst it's working for me I intend to enjoy it!

    Marie if its any consolation when I went to WW classes the leader actually said that class night was the best night in the week to go over points she recommended rewarding yourself after a weigh in (tho not to excess).

    I'm struggling a bit today, I still feel really rotten and I just want to sit under my blanket with a ton of comfort food. OH's out tonight too, so I'll really struggle then. I can't afford to have another 'day off' because I had that on Wednesday, so if I blow it today then I think I'll find it hard to get back on track tomorrow...but I am feeling miserable today and dieting is the last thing I need.

    I've got half a box of chocolates in the cupboard and the only thing stopping me from eating them is my laziness - I can't be bothered to get out from under my quilt to get them, lol.

    Ooh, I'm such a nuisance when I'm ill, I turn into a big baby, so much so that OH has just taken our baby girl out and left me home alone...I must be annoying him with my self pitying moaning noises, lol.

    DONT GIVE IN! I need you as my competetion lol Were similar weights now so dont lose it or youll struggle to catch up So OH is out again tonight!! I think he needs a kick up the bum! What about your Friday night out and he has the baby!!! Hope you don't cheat anyway. You may feel bad tonight if you cant eat junk food, but youll feel a million times worse tomorrow if you do!! trust me

    My WW journey - blown it - AGAIN!!!

    I'm almost too ashamed to post on here today...I've been so bad. I've eaten so much junk food since my weigh in last week that I've actually given myself a stomach ache (not to mention wind lol).

    The best way for me to get over this is admit to my sins, so here goes....

    Wednesday (weigh day) I had takeaway pizza
    Friday night I ate a WHOLE LARGE bag of cheesy Doritos, a whole jar of salsa and a whole bottle of wine (all over my points).
    Saturday I was fed up about cheating Wed and Fri, I was full of cold, me and OH came down with a sickness bug (don't know where it came from!) and we were both being sick all morning, so, when I felt better later in the day I decided that because I'd been sick it meant I could eat 2 x chicken burgers for lunch, then a doner kebab and HALF a cheesecake for dinner!!!
    Sunday, was even more fed up about my diet/weight but was feel better cold/bug wise, so me and OH shared a KFC boneless bucket between us and then had a chinese takeaway for dinner.



    Why?!!! Why on earth would I do that?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!!

    I am going to be fat forever...I hate being overweight and I would SO love to be slim, but I just can't do it!! I don't know why!!!!



    I'm going to try again, but I'm so fed up and I'm not feeling very positive about it this time. Even when I'm doing well I still manage to fail miserably in the end. I hate being this cr*p, WW isn't even a difficult diet to follow, yet I still can't do it.

    Fed up, fed up, fed up.

    Awwww Marie, I wish I knew what to say.

    Last week is in the past though, and beating yourself up over it isnt going to help at all. I wish I knew the answer. I really do believe that no diet will be totally successful until you get, what Sparkle calls, the click. How you get it I dont know but life is so much easier once its there.

    One thing Id maybe suggest? If you DO put on this week it might be worth removing (at least for now) the week by week breakdown of weigh in results on your signature, seeing amounts on whenever you log in probably isnt going to help. Its kind of focusing on the negative, your ticker is focusing on the positive. If you see what i mean.

    Try stocking up on LOADS of low point snacks, jelly, meringues, melba toast, curly wurlies that way if you do get the munchies you can eat LOADS of them and still be ok. I know I know - jelly compared to KFC really doesnt cut it does it but youll feel a lot better

    Dont give up and keep posting here, I really do find that (and the arcade ) work really well.

    Thanks Starlight - that's an excellent suggestion, and as you can see from my signature I've decided to do as you suggested.

    I'm not going to dwell on this - I can sit back and complain whilst stuffing my face, OR, I can kick myself up the bum and get back to it!

    I will definitely have put weight on this week so I'm thinking about skipping this weeks weigh in and waiting until next week, but I can't decide if that's a sensible thing to do so as to avoid a massive disappointment setting me back even further, or if it's just me taking the easy way out by not facing up to the damage I've done. Any opinions on that?

    Tomorrow is a new day, but I am even boring myself with my 'starting again' all the time so I must REALLY be boring anyone who reads my journey thread!

    I wish I could get that click you and Sparkle talk about. Sometimes I think I have it - then as quick as a flash it's gone.
