Rep Power: 34   Diet: Weight Watchers | Diet Flora You read that right... DIET Flora.. not just Flora Light. My dad got some in the shopping this week, but I have absolutely no idea how many points it is. Does anybody know? |

Rep Power: 2013    Diet: Exante | 2 tsps are half a point  Points wise its the same as Flora Light although Diet Flora does have slightly less calories and less fat. Think Ill give it a try

BMI Information: Start BMI: 34.1 Current BMI: 29.3 Goal BMI: 24.5 Statistics: Total Weight Loss: 29lb Weight to Lose: 29lb % Lost 14.15% | It's a shame they don't so the light and diet floras in the individual portions, I don't trust myself with it straight from a big tub, lol.

Rep Power: 34 Diet: Weight Watchers | Thank you very much Starlight!! I think I will go about getting my tea now!  lmariedr - I know what you mean. I like my toast/roll/crackers to have a decent spread of 'fat' on them... It's so often that I'm tempted to 'just have another scraping'. |

That's why I love the portions, I know how much I'm having and the flora ones are surprisingly generous (flora portions are 10g, some of the others are only 7g - big difference in my eyes, lol).
