The Creme Frasiche I use is 1pt the meringue is only half a point so is the fruit. I only use a dessert spoon of CF so yoghurt would probably be around the same, or less if its WW |

Id recommend the Truffle Berry Fling - chocolate and white chocolate with raspberry sauce and truffle pieces. An average portion is 2.5 points - and totally worth it ![]() |

Ive found the most gorgeous microwave popcorn. Pop Secret its sweet AND salted combined. One bag which fills 2.5 pyrex bowls is 5 points AND At long last some semi decent cheese. Tescos low fat mature grated cheese. Its not the same as regular cheese but it actually toasts quite well. A portion (2 points) nicely covers a slice of bread ![]() |

My Mood: Rep Power: 33 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Diet: Weight Watchers | I know it doesn't sound like much - but two clementines are only half a point. I'm eating two a day now as you get so much for your half a point, rather then just a Rich Tea Biscuit or something (although I will admit, that sometimes I'd rather have a Rich Tea, and so do! lol). I'm also eating a lot of salad in the evening because it really fills me up, and it only costs me half a point (2 tbsp of WW Salad Cream). Also the Helmans Extra Extra Extra Extra (you get the drift) Light Mayo is only half a point for 2 tablespoons as well. Oh, and Butterkiss Toffee Popcorn. If you get the multi pack (6 bags) one bag is only 2 points and you actually get a decent amount. And it's so sweet you wouldn't really want another bag anyway, so it's quite easy to just stop at one! |

Brilliant stuff!! I was really unsure about this before I tried it, but I'm so glad I did! One of my favourite meals is chilli con carne, we have it every week and it's one meal that I always really enjoy...but, it works out at about 10 points for the meal (I like big meals, hehe) which seems a bit much. So, I decided to try quorn mince, because I'd read somewhere that it was healthier than mince. The portion of lean minced beef I use for a bolognese or a chilli is 3 points, but a portion of quorn mince is only 1.5 points, AND it goes further and makes a bigger portion than 'the real thing'! So, not only is it supposedly healthier, it's also half the points AND makes a bigger meal! I swear to god that if I hadn't cooked it myself I would never have known it wasn't meat...probably because the flavours in chilli and bolognese are so strong, so you don't really taste the meat anyway (or at least you don't in mine, ha ha). I highly recommend it! Not sure I'm brave enough to try their sausages and 'chicken' etc, but the mince definitely has my approval. |

It's great stuff...or at least it is in a high flavour meal like chilli, I honestly couldn't tell the difference. |
