The way the challenge works You set yourself a challenge for the month, and then post on here every week when you weigh in. Then I edit this main post to show how well everyone is doing. Why? I find it really motivating, and it's easier to set myself a small monthly challenge then a huge one like 'lose 3 stone by June'. Smaller challenges are the best I say! So... If you are interested in joining, just post and let me know how much you want to lose by the end of the month (it might also help if you post your weigh in days). February Challenge Sparkle Loss to date = 62.5lbs (weigh day is Monday) February goal 4 - 6 lbs Week 1 = -2lbs Week 2 = -2lbs Week 3 = +2lbs Week 4 = -1lb Marie Loss to date = 3lbs (weigh day is Wednesday) February goal 8 lbs Week 1 = Starting Week 2 = ?? Lissee Loss to date = 21.3lbs (weigh day is Saturday or Sunday) February goal ?? Week 1 = -?? Mini Loss to date = 71.5lbs (weigh day is Saturday) Start Weight 12st 12lbs February goal 9lbs Week 1 = 1.5lbs Week 2 = same Week 3 = no weigh in Week 4 = 4.5lbs. Total. 6 lbs. off! BurtBird Loss to date = 13lbs (weigh day is Tuesday) February goal 8lbs Week 1 = ?? Happe Loss to date = 42lbs (weigh day is Monday) February goal 16lbs Week 1 = 5lbs Week 2 = 6lbs Week 3 = 3lbs Week 4 = 4lbs Irene Loss to date = 42lbs (weigh day is Monday) Start Weight 17st. 1.5 lbs. February goal 14lbs Week 1 = ?? D_Q Loss to date = 81lbs (weigh day is Saturday) Start Weight 19st 9lbs February goal 14lbs Week 1 = 4lbs Week 2 = 2lbs Jane Loss to date = 33lbs (weigh day is Tuesdays) Start Weight 15st 8lbs February goal 14lbs Week 1 = 2lbs Week 2 = 3lbs Week 3 = 3lbs Week 4 = 5lbs cah-ching Loss to date = 36lbs Start Weight 18st February goal 10lbs Weigh 1 = ??
