    Hiya

    I am doing my weigh in's on a Monday, as I started on 4th Jan. My goal is to reach 130lb and I need to get as close as by 24th December 2010.

    Well today was my first weigh in and I am very surprised, happy, at least it is in the right direction. This week, I have lost <waits for fanfair to end>... 4lb...

    Another week over!

    This week I have lost 5lb

    I am very much over the moon as I was determined that I hadn't shifted anything as I am constantly eating and always full when doing so. I guess all that walking has paid off too.

    No, I haven't worked for nearly 2 years now after having the baby, probably one of the reasons for all the weight gain TBH. I just walk as much as I can now, and now the little one wants to walk everywhere its good too as I'm always chasing her I probably only walk about 2-3 miles per day on average, sometimes I go right around and can manage a 5 mile walk in one go. I'm actually starting to feel tetchy now if I haven't done enough walking, very addictive lol xxx

    Good morning!

    This week I have lost a very pleasing 3lb. This is fantastic as I had only averaged my weigt loss on 1lb per week which would get to my goal weight in time for Christmas. Of course I know I have to lose more but I was thinking that would go later on, but if I carry on getting results like this then i could be heading for my second target before Christmas!... As it stands, I am now 9 weeks in front of myself... This is great!!!

    Thanks to everyone for their support again this week, you have all been brilliant!
