    How's everyone's week going? Have a question... I am doing training four times a week for a 5k fun run I'm doing on the 18th but I have shin splints and it seems to just be getting worse I used to get it years ago too when I was active! Has anyone else experienced this and has any magical cure? Would be much appreciated

    Had a munchies week this week but just about hanging on till weigh in day!!!!

    As for shin splints...... Unfortunately rest is the only cure I found works :-( hope you find something quicker to get shut...... Bloody kills!!!! Xxxx

    Thanks for the help have been having baths and took a week off the running but as soon as I started back it was just as bad it's agony!!
