    Way to go on your loss. That's great. Sadly only a pound for me this week. A loss is a loss but it's still a bit deflating. I will use it as fuel to make sure I lose more this week!

    I go on mine lots....but HAVE to have tv on or I get bored to death! If tv is on I can go for ages!

    That's what I thought about doing. Pointing it at the tv & watching a film. Won't notice how much I'm doing then. May even put a fan on me so I stay cool and get that outdoor feeling lol

    Hi hope you dont mind me joining in with your thread, i also get weighed on Monday, went back this week after 8wks away from club and not doing the diet at all, had a gain of 4lbs so hoping to get at least half of that off by my next weigh in, will up-date you on Monday, good luck with your weigh ins. xx

    Hello there, you are welcome here. Sorry to hear about your weight gain, it happens though. It strenghthens your resolve to do better the following weeks. Personaly I don't go to meetings. I don't want to pay a fiver to be weighed in public lol. I am sure you will get to where you want to be. You can do it!
