    Tigger joining ww today

    Hi everyone , think I'm on the right forum , I started ww propoints today after doing 10 weeks of lipotrim . I've lost 52 lbs on lipotrim & hoping I can loose the next 2 to 3 stone with ww. I did ww before years ago but it never seemed to work for me but I think now that I'm in a different mind set it will work ... Hopefully . I dont want to gain the weight that I did lose , so here's to a new tomorrow & a new diet

    How did you find it today? I'm on my third week and am enjoying it and trying out new foods and having different meals :0) call me Daisy.

    Not to bad daisy , but as I said I was doing lipotrim total food replacement for approx 12 weeks , so at the moment I'm finding it hard to eat all my points ,lol I'm sure it won't stay an issue and I will very soon be eating my 49 weekly points and looking for more ha.

    At least you've had a good start with your weight loss,I mainly just do my points,the only times I've used some of my weeklies was when i went to Pizza Hut with friends and then family,I've found on here different things work for different people.So I'm sure after a week or so you will find what works best for you.They say have at least 26 points a day,I'm allocated 29 right now.

    Yeah I was talking to leader last night daisy and I'm on 34 , but I asked her if I could eat less points ah I had being only on shakes and she said

    Sorry about that daisy , she said I could eat 29 points . But not to be hungry ,she also said that I might not loose weight the first week or two as my body would be adjusting. I will just have to wait and see

    True about adjusting after having just shakes for awhile,good luck with it,hope you enjoy WW.Am glad the leader was helpful,I'm doing mine at home so this site is even more of a help to me.

    O god I don't no if I'd have your will power to do it at home that said this forum is great for giving advice & just general info . I didn't want to come off lipotrim and not have a plan and I knew I couldn't stay on it forever , so I'm really hoping ww works

    Yea support is a must when losing weight,did you manage to up your points tonight or you seeing how it goes?no good eating if you're full up! My OH is following it aswell now which helps,he struggled at first but is getting there.

    No I only managed 22 points for the day but I'm not hungry , I m sure I will get there soon

    Yea once you get used to it I'm sure you will be fine and 22 points isn't too far off from the lowest points allowed so that's good :0)
