No loss :(
I'm a lil confused ATM as today I've been on ww pro points for 2 weeks and haven't lost a pound :'( I've stuck my points religiously and haven't even been eating my 49 weeklies. I used the old plan a few years ago and lost 2.5 stone with it. I feel a bit letdown as I've been trying so hard and getting nowhere :(
So you've not had a loss at all in 2 weeks? Are you eating all your dailes? What are you eating during a typical day? sometimes eating ALOT of fruit can effect losses. Because although fruit is free, it still has calories in it and can lead to stalls in weight. Can you post what you've been eating? x
