    I hit my 10% yesterday I lost 4.5 last week! Its so motivating when you have a good week as I had only lost 1lb for two conseutive weeks and I was getting a it down but yesterday was such a boost!

    Ps your doing fantastic! Ten weeks without a gain is very inspiring!!
