1lb off this week, taking my loss to - 6 STONE (& half lb)
OVER THE MOON.
If I can do it, ANYONE CAN - just give it 100% and you cant go wrong. Slip ups are normal, believe me, ive had many! but the quicker you get back on track, the easier it is - AND NEVER FEEL GUILTY.
