    weighing from home more than once a week

    Hi there I was just wondering if anyone weights from home and has a specific day or if they do so a few times a week and records it. do you find it flactulates at all.Thanksx

    Hi, I go to meetings but I used to weigh at home. I have a habit of jumping on n off them all wk but it's not good as your weight does fluctuate. It's best to just weigh once a wk at the same time. if you find your naughty at the wk ends then I'd say weigh on a fri n then if you do have some treats at the wk end you have a full wk to pull it back x x
