    Wednesday weekly weigh in

    So after beeing on ww for a week its my first weigh in this evening! Im really excited and nervous at the same time! I have followed it 100% and I can feel I have lost something, just hope its a good amount

    I have to say Im finding it really easy and not as restricting as I thought it would be. I used to do slimming world but needed a change

    Lost 2.5 this week, total loss of 12 in four weeks. I hit my 5% but my leader must of accidently left me out when handing out whatever it was that others were getting for their 5% so maybe I'll get mine next week

    That's great. Well done - a great achievement. I was only down .5 today but have had flu all week and not moving around. Hopefully next week will be in the 12's - here's hoping
