Hi , I weigh in on Saturday. This week I lost 1.4kg. This has brought my total loss up to 9.9kg. Feel free to weigh in with me.
 
Hi this week I lost 600grams. Brings my total loss to 10.5kg. Almost half way now. And I have been a non smoker for 6 days. :)
 
Hi. I weigh on sat too :) only joined yday so hoping 4 a nice loss this coming sat. What is ur loss is stone and lb? Xx

Had my first weigh in this morning ... 1.5lbs off. Its not a great result for my first week but I think it might be because I've not actually used any of my 49 points yet! Will be using them tomorrow - I only started the diet on Monday but want my weigh in day to be a Saturday! So 1.5lbs off in 5 days isn't too bad I don't suppose xxx
 
I know this thread hasn't been used in a while but had to update it to say -5lbs in week 1 and I'm really pleased!! That's Christmas weight off, now for the rest, lol! xx
 
Week 2 and 2lbs lost, not as good as last week but didn't expect to lose more than 2 anyway so I'm pleased. Hope all you other Saturday weighers got on ok xx

Hi missbiker,,nice to hear from another Saturday weigher too, especially one who's at the same stage as me, week 3 :) your losses so far are fab, any tips? Xx
 
Hello, Could I join you, I weigh on a Saturday too, as it's the ideal day for me, not too much going on, and I can indulge afterwards if I need to and make it up through the week!!!

Hi LyndaAnn, that's exactly my reasoning for weighing in on a Saturday :) welcome! How long have you been doing WW for? Hope its working well for you x

Ive only been doing it since the beginning of Jan after many failed attempts at other diets etc, but determined to keep off the weight this time. At the moment the loss is steady around 2lbs a week, I'm trying to get fit and get tonned up at the same time, hoping I can keep going with all the motivation that you guys give me on here.
 
Like you said, 2lbs a week is good sustainable loss; ' slow and steady wins the race' is the motto I'm taking :) hoping for 2 off on Saturday x
 
STS for me this week, annoyed and a bit disheartened as it's only week 3 but am hoping for a higher than normal loss next week.

Keep going Claire, I only lost 1/2lb last week and felt like I had done something wrong, but when you think about it, some weeks you will loose even if its only a tiny bit, some weeks you wont loose anything, as long as you don't put on that's a bonus!!

That's really sweet of you, thank you :) I hope come Saturday there will be an improvement especially seeing as I'm exercising this week too. Feels like a mountain to climb at the moment with how much I have to lose! How have you been this week so far? x

The week started well, but I have be ill for the last 2 days so I haven't been excersing as much as I wanted too. I am going out for a meal tonight with the family, and I know I will be tempted with cake, I just have to remember to count it and only have a small slice!! If I can excerise tomorrow then I will feel better, just hope I can loose more this week.
The mountain always seems bigger when you first start or if you haven't lost as much as you had hoped, but I'm sure we will both get there in the end. :fingerscrossed:

Hope you feel better soon, being ill is never fun-especially if you crave stodgy naughty food like I do when I'm under the weather! I think you can allow yourself a bit if cake when you go out, that's what the 49 points are for :) enjoy! X
