Some WW questions.

Hi everyone. I'm new to the forum but also new to WW- i've been doing Slimming world on and off for over 3 years and it hasn't worked for me- so here I am.

Just have a couple of questions:

1. What is a realistic weight loss per week? I have until 11th October next year to loose ten stone (at least) for a wedding. I'm thinking 3lbs a week maybe?

2. Do you find you loose less on "filling and healthy days"?

3. How do you use the weekly 49 points? Do you just save them and they are there if you need them or do you spend them all across the week?

4. im finding im eating a lot of convenience foods. Tinned soup for lunch and the weight watchers meals. Also attracted to the fact the likes of walkers crisps etc are rather low in points and i'm eating 2/3 packets a day still- will this affect my loss?

Ww say 1-2lbs a week is on average what you could loose but it all depends on the individual some loose more and some loose only 0.5-1lbs a week but what ever you loose its still a bonus, ive lost 60.5lbs in 16 weeks but still got another 60 to go.
You can use your 49 weeklies when every you want some just spreads them over the 7 days some use them all in one go its up to you hun how you use them.
Ive never done filling and healthy so can't comment on that.
You can eat convenience food crisps as long as you track it and dont go over your points your be fine and you got your weeklies anyway to help you out, the one thing they do say is to have all your pro points each day or you will struggle with your loss later on as your pro points will drop as you lose weight.

Agree with Wendycroxs use all your dailies each day,

some people find they lose more if they use all their weeklies others dont use any or use only some of them, just will just have to experiment and see what works best for you. I use all my weeklies at the weekends and then just my dailies during the week.

I dont do filling and healthy as i dont have control over my portions yet and found i ate way too much so stick to propoints.

You can have whatever you want to eat within your points its your choice. On average i lose between 1-2lb a week but everyone is different.

I agree with both posts. 1-2lb a week is very realistic (says someone who has for past 2 wks lost 0.5 lbs each time:eek:) I would suggest using your weeklies as when weight loss starts to slow down you then have room for manoeuvre to drop some pp....if that makes sense. Good luck hon anyway
