    So happy

    Oh my god I am so so happy. I've never really shared my weight losses before but I could jump for joy right now. I started the day after my birthday this year January 10th at 17stone 9lbs I thought ww pp wouldn't work for me as is followed cambridge diet before. 4 weeks later I had lost a total of 1 stone exactly but then my last weight in 2 weeks ago I had stuck to the die and gained almost a pound I cried so much. I didn't weigh in last week as me and my sister went to my moms in wales we went out for an Italian (stuck to my points) I went for a meal with my partner two and had a take away. Last night I got so worried as I went over my weeklies by 4points (by mistake, I miss calculated something) but held my breath wen my sister weighed me this morning id lost a whipping 5.4 pounds I'm gob smacked. I just goes to show you don't have to feel like you're on a diet to lose weight. I've not had one meal that I didn't enjoy these past two weeks I've ha chocolate everyday cheese etc etc. thank you everyone who posts on here as you are the ones that kept me going :-)
    week 1: -5.4lbs.
    week 2-3: -4.6lbs (total 10lbs)
    week 4: -4lbs (total 14lbs)
    week 5: +0.8lbs
    week 6-7: -5.4lbs (total 18.6lbs)

    Just to Wales Hun my mom lives there... Will e a xhallenge as I always feel like I'm on holiday when I'm up there lol... But like I've been saying i don't feel like I'm on a diet on this as I can still eat what I like. I'm obsessed with oreos they're so low in points I've phone my mom to stock the cupboards with them lol x
