    Started today 02.01.15

    Day one. Have worked out what to eat today and going shopping later.
    Starting weight is 216.4 lb. Here we go......

    Lost 7lb on my first week. Think I might have ruined it all by having home made pizza and red wine. Didn't count either of them. Do other people have a treat on weigh in day? ?

    Starting Paleo 28/08/2014, switched to calorie counting 22/10/2014 as that is a closer description of what I have been doing for a while..... Joined the gym on 12/11/2014 to hopefully improve my fitness and boost my losses!

    28/08/2014: 223.6lbs

    19/02/15: 170.2...0.2lbs lost (53.4 total)
    26/02/15: 166...4.2lbs lost (57.6 total)
    05/03/15: 164.4....1.6lbs lost (59.2 total)
    12/03/15: 162.2...2.2lbs lost (61.4 total)
    19/03/15: 161.4..0.8lbs lost (62.2 total)
    26/03/15: 160...1.4lbs lost (63.6 total)

    Goals:
    Target weight dropped to 154lbs

    I tend not to use my weeklies, well not regularly anyway so I always use my WI day as a treat day. Nothing too crazy usually but today I have a small roast beef dinner that I didn't have yesterday followed by one of the "new" pastries from Lidl with low fat icecream. MMMMmmm can't wait for OH to come home for dinner lol
