Im a monday night![]()
Hey, I'm new to the forum but thought I'd join in!
I weigh in on a Monday too - although kind of wish I did it on a Friday so if I slip up at the weekend I could make up for it during the week! Having said that, knowing I've got to get on the scales on a Monday stops me from going mad over the weekend, especially when it comes to nights out --> weight loss and no hangover, brilliant!

Hi, have changed my WI day from a Monday to a Sunday. x
Restart = 26/02/2011 = 17st 8lbs
Week 1 - Week 6 = -16lbs = 16st 6lbs(Was Ill)
Week 7 - 16/04/11 = -1lbs = 16st 5lbs
Week 8 - 23/04/11 = -2lbs = 16st 3lbs
Goals
1. Lose first 7lbs - 17st 1lbs.Done
2. Lose second 7lbs - 16st 8lbs.Done
3. Lose third 7lbs - 16st 1lbs.
4. Lose 10% - 15st 11lbs
Can I be a monday please. How do I go about it? I will weigh in the morning (mon) That will tell me my starting weight

I weigh in on a Thursday. At my first WI last Thursday, I had lost 2.5lbs (I am sure it could have been more, but I didint start pointing til the Saturday, so was happy to have lost at all!)
