BMI Information: Start BMI: 39.8 Current BMI: 29.5 Goal BMI: 24 Statistics: Total Weight Loss: 60lb Weight to Lose: 32lb % Lost 25.86% | positive yes... not able to move though.... i can feel my back going again and im so scared!!!! Food today Coffee breakfast: strawberry shake Snack: handfull of cherry tomatoes and ham Lunch: Chocolate shake Snack: Banana, Muller light, Carrot sticks Dinner: WW Tikka masala + mashed potato. Drink: 2-3 litres i am going to give the exercise a miss tonight my back is really starting to get bad again... i cant deal with this.... i hate being in pain. ggggggggggggaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr rrrrr

(but doesnt mean i should get back into throwing my self about again) so im going to rest it again tonight, and then back into it tomorrow night (as its challenge and weigh in on the wii biggest loser) lol they wont be happy that ive missed 2 work outs! lol im feeling better today... Coffee Breakfast: Strawberry shake Snack: 1 piece of toast (nothing on it) and a few mouth fulls of lentil soup (home made so low in fat and cals) .... is what the kids were having so saved my snack and had a little bit with them. Lunch:chocolate shake. Snack: small amount lentil soup again, and a little fried rice... Dinner: steak with garlic and red wine sauce (see krystle's recipie thread) Pudding: 2 french raspberry flutes! YUM!!!! Drink: 2-3 litres

Hmmm breakfast: strawberry shake snack: small bowl (one ot the kids little snack bowls) of cheerios, clusters and raisins.. Like this as i can just pick as i walk past!!! Lunch: chocolate shake snack 1/2 a bluberry muller rice... Wasnt keen on it dinner: spag bol with lean mince and small amount of 1/2 fat cheese drink: 2-3litres exercise: about 10 mins on the wii for TBL challenge and weigh in.. ( back is still sore !!! Gggggrrrrr) according to the wii, ive lost 4lb since last friday, but some how think thats a little wrong!!!! Today has been busy but good on the food front!! Breakfast: chocolate shake snack: pack of caramel snack a jacks!! Yum!!! Lunch: chocolate shake snack: 8 cherry tomatoes and 3 slices of tesco light dry cured ham... Lovely picking snack again!!! Dinner.. Seafood pad thai with singapore noodles!! Yummo!!! Pudding: ww chocolate mousse.. Drink close to if not over 2 litres ( have not been writing things down so losing count) exercise: 2 hours 45 mins cleaning at work. Just didnt have time to get in any other workouts tomorrow!!!!We are test driving a car tomorrow so looking forward to this!! Hope everyone is well

Add 2 muller yogs and whisk! Whisk an egg white in a cup until frothey and add to the jelly yog mixture and mix it in! Put in a dish and chill until set! Me and abby swear by it! 32 cals in jelly 100 each in muller lights 20 in egg white so 252 cals for the whole lot and you can easily slip it in 3 xxx |

Im too scared (yet i too cant be bothered caring) what anything would do!!! Had sneek at scales and ive not lost aythin this week... Ehhhhh but ive still got 2 full days i can do solid workouts. Just need to get the hell out of this horrid baby sitting job ive taken on this week and next week.... I feel sick here and not wanting to be here means that all i want to do is eat chocolate!!!!! Ehhhh already been bad enough!!!!!
