i want to lose weight for me. No other reason.. I dont want to look at my self in the mirror and feel discusted!!!!

normally it would be the other way round but i only had mine done before christmas.... And his hair was ooohhhh soooooo long!!!!!!!
Been naughty tonight as im babysitting.. But considering ive not had much today, think i needed the cals... But not the fat probly!!!!

he said im doing well, and things do get tough..
lost 2kg (5lb) since the 4th Jan, and he wasnt worried about that at all. he said im doing fine...
I need to work harder, if i want to lose more weight.. i know this, and i know that if i dont exercise i wont lose weight...
i am determined to get myself back on track!

right been fairly good.... ehhhh dont think i can go click and its all going to be good....

Breakfast: Chocolate Shake
Snack: Small bowl of cheerios, clusters and raisins. 3 rich tea biscuits.
Lunch: Chocolate shake
Snack: 1 Choc coated ginger bread. (was nice, but not in rules...)
Dinner: Weight watchers creamy chicken and mushroom pasta, with salad.
Pudding:
Drink: 2.8 litres
Exercise: Wii Biggest loser warm up, 23min light full body workout, cool down.
feel quite good that i got a work out in tonight, and feeling pretty good... just need to not eat foods in the red!!!!

I know what you mean about the red foods!! I can't even sniff the bad stuff or I know it will fall in my mouth along with a few more bad bits!

i do feel my will power is slipping to what it was, but yes it could have been a lot worse and i could have gone the whole pack...
