I didn't mean it quite like thatalthough I'm losing weight for me and he loves me regardless I've come to realise in the last few weeks as I've got smaller, and looked through some old photos, that the years when the kids were younger and I had post natal depression I didn't want to put weight on and be fat I must have looked hideous but he never said anything. So now one of my goals is to look good for him as well do he can be proud to be seen with me, even though he would always deny it.

They do. Today I stop though.
Shake for breakfast and lunch hopefully with nothing in between. My eating trigger is boredom and unfortunately I've got a full day of paperwork where I know ill have to stand upland wander to the fridgeI'll get the tranpoline out and bounce on that a fee times today . That should help

I've had a pretty good day actuallynot perfect but almost.
My weight is slowly going down again. My phantom totm appears to be over thankfully. I've not done a proper weigh in but I have got on the scales more often as my nurse told me to track my periods and I wanted to see if my usual weight gain went. It's not gone but going so I'm happy
