I feel as though I have been "naughty" but all within the rules.
I just hope it doesn't do anything bad to me tomorrow on the scales.....
sounds scrummy!! I have had a shapes delight rhubarb yoghurt, lunch had a bowl of "green soup" dinner was more "green soup" and then chicken and veg... snacks had dutch crisp bakes with asda low fat/good for you cottage cheese dolloped ontop

No hubby did me huge favour. I'm absolutely buzzing!!! Tonight is our treat & it's Asda good for you korma sauce on chicken with rice & a low fat naan, can't wait xx
Didn't end up having the naan, was too close to my calories for the day!

Even though that was all ok & Saturday was too am beating myself up a bit. Think I'm just feeling a bit tired and that always puts things out of perspective.......
Stress and tiredness always have a negative effect hun, you have done so well this week, and it paid off on Saturday, i'm sure you will have another fab loss this week too x
