Well I know I have been around a while now.. But decided after my wobble today that a diary was also something I needed to keep me on track... I also thought if I get chance when in Vietnam I can let you know wot I have been doing.
I guess one thing about me that has changed ... Instead of quitting after todays results . I did what I thought about doing at the start of my journey and that was purchase some slimpods... I have been lurking on that forum for a while reading diaries and I just thought this might just be what I need to get my head where I want it to be.
I like exercise but motivating myself to do it is a struggle so bought the deal which included drop 2 dress size or more, make fitness fun, chill pod and keeping the weight off.
I have to list daily positives and because I love you guys so much will do it on here ...hope you don't mind x
