I stuck for ideas on what to eat, my doctor didn't really explain these tablets and what to eat for me so i was wondering if anyone can help me?
its mostly breakfast for me, i usually have a belvita biscuit and a muller light.
then lunch, i usually try and get a subway salad because im out quite a bit with work its a grab and go type thing
Dinner, i have pasta, salad, jacket potato with beans,
but can someone explain to me how much fat im allowed to eat and is it saturated fats i have to look at or just fats when looking on food packets?

There is a stickie for new starters but basically it's fat not saturated fat & the tablets will react if you eat food with more than 5g of fat per 100g so belvita are definitely a no.... Also no more than 15g fat per meal & 45g in a day. It is strict but the results make it more than worth it.
