well as the title says I'm hitting the 40 this year and have been doing S.W for the past year. have lost 2 stone but need to lose another 2.. Was with the GP last week and she has prescribed me Alli. hoping to sign in every day and do an update on how I'm feeling. so far I've no side effects, although i don't feel like ive lost any weight.
well, I'm on week two and I went and got weighed today and I'm 4lb down. Am so so delighted with myself. Haven't had any side effects as yet, thankfully :) heres to a good week x

had a bit of a bad week last week, was my son's birthday and we had a whole weekend of partying. Put on 3.5lb but didn't take the tablets right. didn't eat right food either. Am back on track again since Tuesday. so fingers crossed for another good weight loss this week coming :) have 14lb to lose now till I see the consultant again and get my bmi less than 35 - needs to be done by march
