Hi all. I seem to very really stuggling with the stats on my fitness. If any of you experienced guys wouldn't mind being a friend of the my fitness and having a look at the stats for me id be incredibly gracefully!! Hoping someone can tell me where im going wrong!

We won't be able to see your daily stats hon. What is the problem. To be honest I ignored all but cals & fat, I was way over on certain things every day, vit a being one but it never affected my loss x

Oh i see. Thanks Lexie. I was hoping someone could! Lol... Im getting my calorie intake every day but real short on fat! Today...I've had 8gm of fat and I've had 3 decent meals! I understood that ideally you should have 45 or less spread equally over 3 meals.... Looked at my breakfasts and they're barely 2! I ended up having a massive bowl of the kids cereAl just to get it to 5! I know it sounds silly that im looking for fat without the calories but i want room do twos properly and set myself a realistic lifetime habbit and at the moment im showing well low on fat...im concerned it will stall any weightloss. Last night i was trying to work out how to up the fat but without upping the calories!! Is it.possible?!!! Im clearly picking the wrong foods but could do with some advice from the more experienced. :) x
 
I was rarely above about 15g fat per day, the less you eat the better was the way I looked at it...
