Hi Guys.
So...first week down ad a 6lb loss
absolutely over the moon with this!
Not finding it really hard at the moment however on any other diets i normally do well for the first 3 weeks and then fall so week 3 will be 'crunch time' for me.
Im finding MFP an absolute life saver! Won't be long until i start to run out of inspiration so if anyone would like to buddy up and share foody / meal tips id be really grateful. My user name is pudders27.
Well that's my first diary done. I really hope that in 6 weeks time i can look back at this and rabbit with a big slimmer grin on my face! :)

Well done on your first week Laura that is brilliant! I found the same normally that 3-4 weeks in I gave up but not this time the loss I'd had & seeing those scales go down was amazing feeling & I kept going...

Weighed in this afternoon. Im 2lb down this week. I know I should be disappointed, but i was expecting a bit more this week. Haven't slipped from the rules once, walked to work every day. I should be grateful, and I am! A steady weight loss of 2lb is fine I guess!
I suspect that I've been a bit sort on my calories on some days which i know doesn't help either but its not intentional!
Today for example... I was lucky enough to have a lie in until 11am this morning so i didn't have breakfast till 11.30 (bacon medallions, a bagel and a poached egg. I've spent all day studying and preparing for an interview tomorrow.morning so just grabbed an uncle Ben's risotto for lunch. This totals about 750 calories.... Need to have something for tea, although im not particularly hungry!! I need something which is high calorie, low fat and not carb heavy!! Lol.... (got a nice bulmers in the fridge which is high calorie...does that count?)!! ;-)

Lol, thought that's what you meant. No, you definitely shouldn't be disappointed! 2lbs is spot on where you should be if you want to lose in a way that'll help you keep it off and also avoid things like loose skin, so keep it up!! :) xx

Thanks Tracey. :) certainly will! Still feeling very motivated. Its normally week 3 that i fall off of diets,just going into week 3 now and no sign of Chucking it in just yet! ;-) Im just so glad of mfp . I honestly don't feel like I've been dieting this week and if it wasn't for mfp , id be convinced that id be cheating! Lol... But every tiny thing goes onto my mfp so am definitely not. :)
Aiming to have another varied week this week, trying to cook normal meals the right way which everyone will be able to enjoy, instead of cooking separately for me. This IS going to be long term so the family best get used to it! :) Xxx

I am on week 6 and I know exactly what you mean about keeping motivated lol
 
Interview over and done with. I had my breakfast at 7am this morning and had to go straight to work after the interview and couldn't got anything to eat unless it was from the vending machine.....so i went without...and finally just eaten... Ugh was dead on my feet but glad today is over! :)

Pleased with myself as last night i went on a river cruise and my friends were eating fish n chips...my god they smelt good....!! Nevermind ..
It'll be worth it in the end.... Just get to the 3 month mark and see how i get on!

Thanks! It was easier avoiding it knowing that if i had it then go on a boat then the consequences may not be nice! Lol.. Didn't get the job and cheesed right off and its a good job for orlistat otherwise id be on the chocolate tonight!!

And thinking I'll take the consequences and see for myself at how hideous it is....isn't that ridiculous??!!! **sigh**
 
Don't ! I can tell you it's "bad"! You will be scared to laugh, cough.. And sleeping and farting .. Your need a new bed set!
