OK so here goes .....

I will do this and if not just for me but my boys who are 2 and 4years, dont want them growing up with a fat mummy.

B = 40g special k
L = half pack Tesco cous cous, 4 chicken Goujons
T = tescos good for you paella
s = 2 activia yogurts

D = water x 4

Going to get myself one of those Brita drink bottles i think.

I was wondering if you can have some sweets as they have no fat as chocolate isnt aloud.. anyone know?

Day3...
B - special k 40g and semi s milk
L - coud cous sweet chilli sauce ham
T - Nandos. Grilled chicken wrap. Salad spicy rice
S - Activia x2, banana

Got on the scales this morning. Nothing, well not true put on 3.5lb 1st try. 2nd time nothing not lost ne thing. I know our only 2 days but still. ... grrrr

Hey don't be disheartened! I had this when I first started, I was obsessed!! I'm 3 weeks in now, I have tried to put a link to my diary but I'm not sure if it will work if not its called ' my FINAL weight loss diary' just push through this first week or two, as long as you know you've eaten well then it will come down! Just might need a bit of adjusting time!

B-kellogs, skimmed milk and banana
L - ham cous cous
T roast veg and steak

Day5
B-kellogs, s milk
L- cous cous ham
t- roast veg and hame
S - weight watchers frozen choc desert

went to asda tonight had a little wonder round. got a bbq chicken marinade, didnt hink it would b fat free!
got some redy meals for after work to. I been soooo good but feel like i have put weight on..sigh.. wait and see tuesdy i guess
 
so its weigh day today... Nothing, nada, zillch.... sooooo not happy. ive had nothing over 5% for fear of pooing myself inside out, hav had some sweets but nothing bad. sigh... disheartened.. oh yes
