Hya,

I started last week on Orlistat, doctor was very keen to give it to me?? so far so good I cant even tell I am on it, no problems at all, eating the right stuff and staying within the rules,

week one lost 4.5 pounds which I am so pleased about, been reading everyone's diary's for motivation especially "Pudders" full of great helpful info so I thought I would start my own,

I am really missing chocolate and cheese but want to loose weight more than ever so really motivated at the moment, my kids are always saying I have a big tummy like Daddy pig from peppa pig, I have about 6-7 stone to loose,

I am doin Herbalife & have about 4 stone to lose.

6lbs down in 2 weeks yay!!!

I know just hope it keeps up!

I am too impatient want to lose it all in a week haha!

Not possible tho so the long road it is for me.

Hopefully be at my ideal weight by March 2014

Been a hard day today stuck in house with kids, food wise I mean not kids, they constantly asking for treats and snacks and it's so tempting to have something as well, but I haven't had anything bad, and got some nice veg soup for tea x
 
Yay well done!

It can be such a struggle when your at home & everyone else around you is eating exactly what they want.

My hubby is a wee skinny minny so he just eats anything.

I am having a lunch & no dinner until I get to my ideal weight so when he is stuffing his face with a lovely meal that I have cooked I have my shake & 2 boiled eggs as a snack!

Sometimes it is a real struggle but its worth it when you see the lbs going down.

Awwww that's nice to hear! :) wishing you loads of luck. Sounds ike you're in the right place and made a great start!
I missed choc and cheese too however the cravings do go.... I promise! I never imagined they would but my tastes have completely changed. Very weird!

Thanks dolly and pudders for taking the time to reply in my diary, I'm so proud of my self so far, I am resisting foods I would normally eat without thinking,

dolly my husband also eats what he wants and never puts weight on, on Sunday we had a roast beef dinner and he managed to eat a pound of beef to himself,

hoping for a good day today going to take kids out for a nice long walk later x

Been an okay day food wise today had,

bagel and laughing cow extra light cheese triangle for breckie
ham salad sandwich and apple for lunch
tuna pasta for tea

and lots of water through day, I have now brushed my teeth so I don't eat anything else

i can't help weighing my self every day, I should just weigh on a Monday but I just can't resist to see how I am doing,

I think its good to get an idea of how you are doin. Also at least this way we are in control & we are not gonna get to the end of a week & realise we have gained like 2 or 3lbs.

The thought just fills me with dread!

You must be really focused to just be having shakes and eggs through the day, I thought about doing some kind of meal replacement but didn't think I would be able to, I am getting on really well with low fat and taking the orlistat at the moment and haven't had any side effects at all and can't even tell I am on it, I have tried sw and ww in past but never stuck to them,

I am defo giving it my all!

I would love to be 2 stone lighter for christmas so the challenge is on.

I am down another 1lb this morning will still wait till Saturday for my official WI but so happy the numbers are goin down!

Stick to what you are doin chick if its working for you then that is the main thing.

So far so good today had bagel an cheese spread for breckie, and sausage sandwich for lunch using skinny Lizzie sausages, they are so nice, don't know yet for tea, back at work tomorow, so need to plan what to take with me for food, luckily we get free fruit at my work so that's snacks sorted,

Oh thats great we get free water in work & that is it!

Charge you like £0.60 for a banana.

I always have my lunch sorted otherwise would just end up with something fattening & unhealthy

60p for one banana, that seems steap, where I work they are big on making sure you look after yourself and there is free water and fruit, and even exercise bikes you can use in your own time and also if you have a cold you get a free cold/flu pack with tissues, lip balm and soothers/lockets etc, there is healthy stuff from the canteen as well, shame I have to be sat at a desk most of my shift,

Oh my that sounds amazing!!

I would love to work somewhere like that.

If you have a cold in my work the only concern is if you are well enough to work haha

having a good day so far, had bagel and cheese spread for breakfast, sausage sandwich for lunch, I'm at work and its so cold, I would have normally been on my 4th hot chocolate by now, but had nothing apart from water, I'm finding it really easy to stick to this diet, I think its because I dont want any side effects from eating the wrong foods, also I have saved money from not buying all the crap I used to eat, so thats a bonus

Just had tuna pasta for tea, not very exciting but I had some left from yesterday and kids had tea at childminders so just had myself to make for as husbands gone out for a meal with his work,

i have been talking to some work colleagues today and they were very negative about the pills I am taking, with lots of stories about people pooing them selves and saying they don't work, wish I never told them now,
