    well here goes!! im back on track

    hi everyone! well im back on track with my weight loss..
    i went on my hols in early august and had 18 days of pure bliss and relaxation on my 25th wedding anniversay gift..cruising round the eastern med....
    it was wonderful and i had decided that i was going to enjoy the holiday, so i watched what i ate but not too closely. luckily i didnt really go mad with the food and i dont drink,so that went ok.

    well when i got back i should have gone back to the diet clinic but couldnt get an appointment so that was that.

    well i didnt bother making another appointment till this morning...so now i got and appointment for monday!

    im scared now that iv ruined my diet, i dont feel iv put any weight on, so i'll have to wait now till monday

    sorry for such a long post but i feel so bad about this blip in my diet..

    Oh hun, don't feel bad for your blip, for that's what is was...a blip. You are allowed to enjoy things like 25th wedding anniversarys you know
    Look at this as the next part of your weight loss journey, not as another restart after failure. You haven't failed, you said yourself that you didn't go mad while you were away. Life is for living shazboo, not beating ourselves up about things ( and I know that's easier said than done, still true though )

    Congrats on the 25th Anniversary, I celebrated my 5th last night and endulged in a Gordon Ramsey Fillet Steak with Mushroom Gratain (with full fat dbl cream) followed by Green & Blacks White chocolate and vanilla ice cream. It was all yummy. God only knows the damage i will do on my 25th. x

    thanks so much for your replies, iv put my worry to the back of my mind and am going to continue as before..
    thanks for the kind wishes about the anniversary, the actual date is on 8 sept so i think we are off for a meal?? thats gonna be hard,lol.
    but oh well 25 years married is a good achievement and only happens once! so no worries.
