Hey peope!

I see some ppl have been refused xenical and i think i will be joining you soon so i thought why not create a thread with our xenical buddies but for the same "diet" without the pill!!

i think if we stick to the low fat eating habbit and exercise we too can see good results! Anyone is welcome to post! and encourage also feel free to write ur menus for our xenical gurus to check!! I know i will!

I use my fitness pal to check my cal and fat intake if anyone else interested also u can record ur fitness and it will help you work out how many cals n stuff to eat to lose weight.

I might end up talking to myself in here... ive been know to do that too... spooky!

havent actually made the appointment yet! still toying with the idea! lolz
nah will go next week after ive had a full week of working out and eating healthy!! hopefully get some lbs off!
