Need to get back on track !

Bah, I need to get back on track. I should have never ever stopped taking my pills for my wedding. It's been so hard trying to get back on track. I did super well losing 16 lbs in 6 weeks but since stopping my pills I gained 3 lbs back. I have been taking them here and there since the end of July but I really need to get back to taking them properly. I know I can do it it is just so damn hard to get back on track this time.
So for all those people thinking about skipping them a week for a holiday DONT its not worth it.
Anyways I am going to try and start back full steam ahead on Monday. I decided this time I would try and find recipes and ideas ahead of time to try and help me out as before I was getting bored eating the same things over and over.
If I do get approved for my immigration visa it's going to be a fresh start, being able to work again which means more £££ we can finally move out and start our life together properly and hopefully back on track dietwise.

    Hi Babymable
Don't give yourself too hard a time about what is already done. Make a fresh start & keep going! The weight that you have lost even with the 3lbs that have gone on is fantastic. Keep telling yourself that you weigh less than before & stay positive.
