I settled for a ham butty & lots of pickled onions & beetroot. May even treat myself to 25g of pretzels as a real final goodbye to Christmas. It will still keep me just within calories & I've done exercise today....
Scrap that, I've had too many calories at lunch time so I'll be on a low fat ready meal & veg. Lunch was healthy but too big a portion, still I bloody enjoyed it!Originally Posted by Lexie2005
